在设计曲轴连杆液压马达滑靴副静压支承时,现有的方法均忽略了滑块在油膜压力下的变形,因而与实际情况差别较大。本文应用有限元方法对工况条件下的滑块变形进行了计算分析,并考察了变形对静压支承性能的影响,得出了一些有意义的结论,可供液压马达设计人员参考。
When designing the hydrostatic support of crankshaft connecting rod hydraulic motor slide shoe, the existing methods neglect the deformation of the slider under the pressure of the oil film and thus greatly differ from the actual situation. In this paper, the finite element method is used to calculate and analyze the deformation of the slider under working conditions. The influence of deformation on the performance of hydrostatic support is also investigated. Some meaningful conclusions are obtained, which can be used for the reference of hydraulic motor designers.
