通过分析近年山西省蔬菜质量安全例行监测数据,发现叶菜类蔬菜是山西省蔬菜农药残留超标的主要种类。分析了农残超标的原因,提出了相应的防范措施。
By analyzing the routine monitoring data of quality and safety of vegetables in Shanxi Province in recent years, we found that leafy vegetables are the main types of pesticide residues in vegetables in Shanxi Province. Analyzed the causes of pesticide residues exceeding the standard, put forward the corresponding preventive measures.
