本文针对霍林河南露天矿生产实际情况以及地质构造、煤层结构的复杂化，提出修改现有开采方案，该方案实施后可望提高矿山的经济效益。
In view of the actual situation of the production in Huolinhe South open-pit mine and the complicated geological structure and coal seam structure, the paper proposes to modify the existing mining scheme, which is expected to increase the economic benefits of the mine.
