目的 探讨口服百藓夏塔热胶囊致腹泻的特征及机制.方法 回顾性分析某院2016～2018年上报的百藓夏塔热胶囊致58例腹泻不良反应,探讨导致患者腹泻的主要原因.结果 腹泻的原因是由百藓夏塔热胶囊所含的司卡摩尼亚脂和芦荟中的芦荟甙和芦荟大黄素等成分所致.结论 百藓夏塔热胶囊使用应遵循辨证施治,并加强儿童及年老体虚等重点人群的药学监护,同时不宜与其他致泻药联用和长期服用.“,”Objective To investigate the characteristics and mechanism of diarrhea caused by oral Baixuan Xiatare Capsule. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 58 cases of diarrhea adverse reactions caused by Baixuan Xiata Re Capsule reported in our hospital from 2016 to 2018, Explored the main causes of diarrhea in patients. Results The cause of diarrhea in the patients was the composition of the scavengers and aloe-emodin in the acacia and the aloe. Conclusion The use of Baixuan Xiatare Capsule should follow the syndrome differentiation and strengthen the pharmaceutical care of key populations such as children and old people, and should not be combined with other laxatives and long-term use.
