青岛烹饪职业学校始建于1958年,1981年开始创办职业教育,现在是一所专事培养高级厨师的职业学校。学校设有中餐、西餐、面点、咖啡、调酒、茶艺和公共营养等专业,是餐旅专业学生成长的摇篮。我国职业教育在20世纪80年代蓬勃发展,进入21世纪后,受高等教育逐渐普及化以及职校生社会发展空间窄小的影响,职业教育发展进入瓶颈期。职业学校如何变革以求得更多生存空间,是摆在包括烹饪学校在内的所有职业学校面前的头等问题。学校
Founded in 1958, Qingdao Culinary Vocational School started vocational education in 1981 and is now a vocational school dedicated to cultivating advanced chefs.
