利用一种新的高效液相色谱洗脱技术，采用pH缓冲液／有机溶剂二元洗脱模式，对苯甲酸衍生物系列与苯衍生物系列混合物在反相柱上进行分离．得到了好的分离效果。该法操作简单、快速，比常规HPLC具有更高的选择性及峰容量。
A new HPLC elution technique was used to separate the series of benzoic acid derivatives and benzene derivatives from the reversed-phase column by using pH buffer / organic solvent binary elution mode. Get a good separation effect. The method is simple, fast and has higher selectivity and peak capacity than conventional HPLC.
