本文绘制了Fe-Mn-C系与Fe-Si-C系在1000℃加热时奥氏体中碳的等活度线图。应用等活度线图分析了三种不同情况下碳原子的扩散规律;合金钢在加热时,奥氏体的均匀化存在碳原子的快速扩散与碳和合金元素的同步均匀化两个阶段;奥氏体中有合金元素偏析存在时,碳原子的分布规律及其对奥氏体转变产物的影响;综合考虑合金元素对Ar_3和α_c~r两方面的影响,对带状组织的成因进行了分析。
In this paper, we plot the isotherms of austenite in Fe-Mn-C and Fe-Si-C systems when heated at 1000 ℃. Application of activity diagram analysis of carbon atoms in three different cases of diffusion rules; alloy steel in the heating, homogenization of austenite there carbon atoms and rapid diffusion of carbon and alloy elements simultaneously homogenized two stages; The distribution of carbon atoms in the presence of segregation of alloying elements in austenite and its effect on the transformation products of austenite.
