哈尔滨犹太人旧址群是20世纪20年代初,犹太人在哈尔滨活动的历史见证,它体现着丰富的人文内涵,铭刻着这座城市的历史变迁,凸显哈尔滨这座充满异国情调的国际化都市曾经具有容纳百川的辉煌。这些宝贵的建筑文化遗产,是社会的共同财富,也是哈尔滨的魅力所在。本文对哈尔滨犹太建筑的产生历史背景,建筑本体历史沿革以及哈尔滨市文物管理站对旧址群的保护、管理和利用工作进行了论述,提出开发哈尔滨犹太人活动旧址群历史文化旅游,是今后文物保护工作的重点。
