目的 探讨小鼠肝癌异构抗原的主动免疫作用与抑瘤效果的关系。方法 应用小鼠肝癌(Hep—A—22)d 66℃/60min这一热剂量下制备成异构抗原(即瘤苗),用该抗原免疫BALB/C小鼠并测定相关免疫指标,结果 免疫鼠可抗同源H_(22) 1×10~7个瘤细胞攻击,总有效率为100%。同时免疫鼠脾细胞NK活性,IL—2活性及对ConA增殖反应性均较荷瘤对照鼠明显升高。结论 该异构抗原可明显提高小鼠免疫功能,显示出较强的抑瘤效果,有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the active immunity of mouse liver cancer isoforms and the anti-tumor effect. Methods Hepatocarcinoma (Hep-A-22) d 66°C/60min was used to prepare the isoform antigen (ie, tumor vaccine). BALB/C mice were immunized with this antigen and the related immune parameters were measured. Rats can resist homologous H_(22) 1×10~7 tumor cells and the total effective rate is 100%. Simultaneously, the NK activity, IL-2 activity and the proliferative reactivity to ConA of spleen cells of immunized mice were significantly higher than those of tumor-bearing control rats. Conclusion The heterogeneous antigen can significantly improve the immune function of mice, showing a strong anti-tumor effect, and has clinical application value.
