为了实现葡萄绿色防控、优质高效生产,保障种植者的收益,采用生物药剂阿泰灵在‘玫瑰香’葡萄上进行试验研究,通过不同浸根方式(0.1%阿泰灵、清水、对照)、不同浓度喷施(0.05%阿泰灵、0.1%阿泰灵、0.15%阿泰灵、0.2%阿泰灵、清水、对照)、不同浓度灌根(0.05%阿泰灵、0.1%阿泰灵、0.15%阿泰灵、0.2%阿泰灵、清水、对照)、不同施用方式(0.1%阿泰灵喷施、0.1%阿泰灵灌根、0.1%阿泰灵浸根+0.1%阿泰灵喷施、清水喷施、清水灌根、对照)对葡萄进行处理,测定其栽植成活率、葡萄霜霉病染病率及株高、枝条成熟情况等。结果表明:将生物药剂阿泰灵应用在‘玫瑰香’葡萄上,葡萄植株的霜霉病发病率明显降低,喷施效果好于灌根;在苗木栽植时用0.1%阿泰灵进行浸根,长出叶片后用0.1%阿泰灵进行叶面喷施,可显著降低霜霉病染病率,并提高其枝条成熟度。
In order to realize the green prevention and control of grape, high quality and efficient production, and to protect the profit of growers, the biopharmaceuticals Artest was used to conduct experiments on ’Rosegrass’ grape. Through different immersion methods (0.1% Aristolochia water, control) (0.05% Arterioside, 0.1% Arterioside, 0.15% Arterioside, 0.2% Arteriosine, clear water, control), different concentrations of irrigation 0.15% Arterioside, 0.2% Arteriosine, water, control), different application methods (0.1% Arterin spray, 0.1% Arteriosin infusion, 0.1% Arteriosin infusion + 0.1% Tailing spraying, water spraying, irrigation with water, control) to deal with the grapes, measuring the survival rate of its planting, downy mildew disease rate and plant height, branch maturity and so on. The results showed that the application of biopharmaceuticals Arteannin to ’Rosegrass’ grapes decreased the incidence of downy mildew in grape plants significantly, and the spraying effect was better than that in irrigated roots. When the seedlings were planted with 0.1% , After growing the leaves with 0.1% Arterios foliar spray can significantly reduce downy mildew infection rate and increase the maturity of its branches.
