总结了薄煤层选采工作线长度的影响因素,并从设备时间利用系数、运输成本、爆破作业3个方面分别建立了选采工作线长度的确定方法。最小选采工作线长度随着时间利用系数的增加呈线性增长,对于厚度均匀的薄煤层,运输成本与选采工作线长短无关。综合3方面得出了哈尔乌素露天矿5号煤层的选采工作线长度为500 m的结论。通过建立效率匹配系统,对5号煤层的选采效率和夹岩的剥离效率进行分析,得到了选采方案的可靠性。结果表明:选采工作线的长度在符合多种因素要求的同时,还要保证执行追踪开采时不会被压缩。
The influencing factors on the length of working line in thin seam are summarized. And the methods to determine the length of working line are established respectively from three aspects: equipment utilization factor, transportation cost and blasting operation. The length of minimum working line increases linearly with the increase of time utilization coefficient. For thin coal seam with uniform thickness, the transportation cost has nothing to do with the working line selection. From the three aspects, the conclusion is drawn that the length of the working line of the No.5 coal seam in the Haerwusu open-pit coal mine is 500 m. Through the establishment of efficiency matching system, the efficiency of coal preparation and the stripping efficiency of No.5 coal seam are analyzed, and the reliability of the mining program is obtained. The results show that the length of the mining working line meets the requirements of many factors and at the same time guarantees that it will not be compressed during the follow-up mining.
