预测控制在PID调节器设计中的应用

在过程控制领域,长期以来PID控制占有主导地位,与此同时,现代控制理论已获得突飞猛进的发展,许多先进的控制理论和算法先后被开发出来。但当这些理论和算法付诸实际应用时却碰到了许多困难。如:要求的模型精度太高或算法太复杂难以实时控制等。本文通过对预测控制和常规PID控制的分析和研究,提出了将先进的预测算法和PID算法相结合,构成DMC-PID双层控制的思想,既拓宽了预测控制的实际应用范围,又提高了控制系统的优化指标。实践和仿真均证明,该算法是成功的。 In the field of process control, PID control occupies a dominant position for a long time. At the same time, modern control theory has been developed by leaps and bounds. Many advanced control theories and algorithms have been developed. But when these theories and algorithms put into practical application, they encountered many difficulties. Such as: the required model accuracy is too high or the algorithm is too complicated for real-time control. Based on the analysis and research of the predictive control and the conventional PID control, this paper put forward the idea of ​​combining the advanced predictive algorithm and the PID algorithm to form the DMC-PID double-layer control, which not only broaden the practical application of predictive control, but also improve Control system optimization indicators. Both practice and simulation prove that this algorithm is successful.
