最近安装在贵州省铜仁市的25t/h双循环流化床锅炉系由华中理工大学研制。该炉采用自然循环双汽包(?)型布置,燃用0~8mm宽筛分燃料,床内布置适量的埋管受热面,形成了大小粒子流化床叠加燃烧的典型的带床内埋管的循环流化床锅炉。飞灰分离采用炉内惯性分离与炉外旋风分离的两级分离,分离效率高,阻力较低。飞灰回送采用流化密封送灰器,调节灵活,运行稳定。惯性分离与旋风分离相结合,形成炉内与炉外物料两级循环,可确保锅炉运行达到设计参数。 锅炉设计参数为: 额定蒸发量:25t/h 额定蒸汽压力:1.25MPa 额定蒸汽温度:194℃ 给水温度:104℃ 排烟温度:160℃ 锅炉热效率:85%。
