长期以来,学术界探讨个体道德品质形成过程的出发点主要是基于道德品质结构“三因素说”“四因素说”或“五因素说”。但无论从哪一种道德品质结构观点出发,其所得出的道德品质形成过程都是直线性的简单递进过程。原因在于这些道德品质结构观点本身有失偏颇或不尽合理,主要体现为:一是把道德品质的构成要素视为直线性的简单递进关系;二是忽略了道德品质产生的根源因素即道德需要及其引发的道德动机;三是忽略了由道德认知向道德行为转化的重要环节——道德接受。道德品质的形成实际上是一个多因素非线性复杂系统的生成发展过程。 For a long time, the starting point for the academic community to explore the formation process of individual moral quality is mainly based on the moral quality structure “three factors ” “four factors ” or “five factors ”.
