根据对宁波、湖州、金华、台州四市的市区范围外来务工农民的有关情况的调查,结果显示:目前,城市外来务工农民的就业环境进一步改善,外来务工农民普遍感到满意,但他们的所忧所盼以及用工合同签订率、劳动保险办理率过低的问题,仍值得各级政府的重视。一、外来务工农民就业环境改善。被调查的120名外来务工农民,89%来自省外,初中文化程度占62%,平均年龄28.7周岁,在浙江连续务工时间半年以上的占85%,其中一年以上的占67%。外来务工农民就业环境改善的主要表现
