本文对海南省戈枕水利枢纽工程水土保持范围及其分区监测、防治责任范围监测、取土石方监测、弃土弃渣监测、水土流失防治措施监测及土壤流失量计算分析,得出本水利枢纽工程扰动土地整治率、水土流失总治理度、土壤流失控制比、拦渣率、植被恢复系数及林草覆盖率等六项指标,均满足《开发建设项目水土流失防治标准》(GB50434-2008)以及水保方案中所要求的目标值的结论。
