In view of the effects of cell membranes on various aspects of tumor cell dynamics, such as the motility of cells, invasion of normal tissues, vascular and lymphatic proliferation, and the formation of metastases, all play an important role. Therefore, any possible physicochemical and biochemical reactions between tumor cell membranes and foreign substances can be regarded as a way to control tumor growth and proliferation. In this regard, high polymers give rise to special attention. In fact, compared to small molecules of the same structure, multi-functional polymers have a stronger ability to interact with cell membranes. This interaction may be due to the synergistic effect of many chemically identical or different functional groups within the same macromolecule. .
