小学语文课本里有不少教育学生动脑筋的故事,而这类课文不只是用来传授语文知识和进行思想教育,还可以借其事例对学生进行思维能力的训练。有位教师教《田忌赛马》(六年制十一册),改变往常教阅读课文的做法,没有给学生布置预习提纲,也没有让学生提前读课文。教学开始,教师要学生闭上课本,揭示课题后,即以讲故事方式简要地讲述田忌和齐威王第一轮赛马胜负情况,边讲述,边作如下板书:
