建筑行业作为一项事关国计民生的重点行业,其施工的安全性与质量性已成为了人们所讨论的重点话题之一。对于民用住宅建筑而言,建筑施工的质量通病不仅会给住宅用户带来极大的困扰,严重者甚至会为建筑的整体结构带来诸多的安全隐患。因此,作为监理单位我们必须认真分析建筑质量通病产生的原因以及有效地预防与处理措施,从而进一步从根本上消除或最大限度的减少因建筑工程施工质量通病而带来的危害性。
As a key industry that concerns the people’s livelihood and the people’s livelihood, the construction industry has become one of the key topics discussed by people for its safety and quality of construction. For civilian residential buildings, the common quality of construction will not only bring great distress to residential users, but even serious ones will bring many potential safety hazards to the overall structure of the building. Therefore, as a supervision unit, we must carefully analyze the causes of building quality common problems and effective prevention and treatment measures, so as to further eliminate or minimize the damage caused by the common construction quality of construction projects.
