研究发现,普通的自来水可能是很好的减肥饮料。美国的研究人员分析研究了超过18300名成人的饮食习惯。研究人员从研究对象来自食物与饮料的饮食摄取量,计算每人每天的饮水量百分比。平均而言,研究对象每天喝白开水的量约为4杯多一点。研究结果显示,每天多喝1至3杯水的人,每天会消耗更多的能量。研究还发现,喝水较多的人,他们的糖摄取量会减少,每日胆固醇摄取量会减少。
The study found that ordinary tap water may be a good weight loss drink. American researchers analyzed the eating habits of more than 18,300 adults. Researchers from the study of food and drink intake from the diet, calculate the percentage of drinking water per person per day. On average, the subjects ate about 4 cups a day with boiled water. The results show that people who drink 1 to 3 glasses of water daily consume more energy per day. The study also found that people who drink more water, their sugar intake will decrease, the daily cholesterol intake will be reduced.
