橄榄形社会结构是我国社会发展的方向,社会保障制度是社会橄榄形化的本质反映,社会保障不单是一个简单的经济救助,它的实质应该体现为权利保障,让社会弱势群体充分享有做人的尊严、做人的权利和地位。社会应该采取积极的政策措施努力平抑社会权利与财富的距离,用以保障社会资源和发展机遇的平等共享。
Olive-shaped social structure is the direction of social development in our country. The social security system is the essential reflection of the social olive shape. Social security is not only a simple economic aid, but its essence should be embodied as the guarantee of rights and the full enjoyment of the vulnerable groups in society Dignity, human rights and status. The community should adopt proactive policy measures to strive to smooth the distance between social rights and wealth and ensure equal sharing of social resources and development opportunities.
