施工中,常遇到因多工种穿插作业导致配合不当造成的返工、扯皮现象,浪费大量人力物力。为有效地克服这些弊病,近年来,我们在青岛华侨新村等几个工程中,推行土建与电气、管道安装一体化施工法,效果较好,具体作法如下。一、主体工程 1.土建与管道安装工程 (1)管道预留孔洞应在上建施工的同时进行。由现场管道工按设计要求找出上、下水管道预留孔洞及卫生洁具安放位置,由施工操作人员负责留出。 (2)在砖墙上预留槽、洞时,应按照图纸要求的标
