新形势下,积极创新煤矿党建特色,建立符合煤矿企业发展实际的党建工作,不仅能够促进煤企的科学发展,更能够增强党建工作的活力,是现代煤企党建工作研究的热点课题之一。本文对煤矿企业党建特色,增强煤矿党建活力展开探讨,并对目前煤企党建工作存在的问题进行总结分析,提出如何增强煤矿企业党建特色的建议,具有积极的参考价值和意义。
Under the new situation, it is one of the hot topics in the study of Party building in modern coal enterprises that we should actively innovate the characteristics of party building in coal mines and establish the party building work in line with the actual development of coal mines. This not only can promote the scientific development of coal mills but also enhance the vitality of party building. This paper discusses the characteristics of party building in coal mines, enhances the party building vigor in coal mines, and summarizes the existing problems in party building in coal mines. It puts forward suggestions on how to enhance the party building in coal mines, which has positive reference value and significance.
