文章阐述了我国食品安全主要存在的问题,分别简要论述食品的生长污染环节,加工领域的卫生条件、假冒伪劣原材料以及添加剂的违规使用,流通环节的二次污染和消费时的信息不对称。并提出提高我国食品安全水平的对策,即从产地环境开始净化生产源头,制定与完善食品安全相关的标准及专业性法律法规,将监管职权集中,建立有效的信息制度和经营者信用体系制度,加强食品安全检测体系建设,全面提升国家食品安全的标准化水平。
The article expounds the main problems of food safety in our country, and briefly discusses the growth and contamination of food, sanitary conditions in the field of processing, counterfeit use of fake and shoddy raw materials and additives, secondary pollution in circulation and information asymmetry in consumption.
