人本主义教学观认为:学生是有思想、有感情、有独立人格的个体,是有主观能动性的个体,是不断发展和进步的个体。中等职业学校学生相对于初中生来说,独立学习的能力较强,自我表现的意识发展较快,他们具有较强的独立性和成熟感,渴望自己的能力得到同学和老师的承认。所以,我们在教学中如能顺应学生的这一心理特点,把学生视为教学活动的起点和归宿,在教学中渗透人性质理念,则有利于学生的和谐全面发展。
The humanistic view of teaching holds that students are individuals with thoughts, emotions, and independent personalities, individuals with subjective initiative, and individuals with continuous development and progress. Compared with junior high school students, secondary vocational school students have a stronger ability to learn independently, self-expression consciousness develops faster, they have a stronger sense of independence and maturity, and they yearn for their abilities to be recognized by their classmates and teachers. Therefore, if we can adapt to this psychological characteristic of students and regard students as the starting point and destination of teaching activities in teaching, and infiltrate the concept of human nature in teaching, it is beneficial to students’ harmonious and all-round development.
