沥青混凝土面板防渗最近几年在国内广泛应用,尤其是抽水蓄能电站采用全库盆沥青混凝土防渗。面板的最大问题是如何防止开裂,用应变的指标对沥青混凝土面板进行设计控制。国内已建的宝泉、张河湾、呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站借鉴国外方法进行的圆盘试验方法不一致,采用挠度评价方法却未建立应变评价方法。本文给出了圆盘试验的初裂应变计算方法,同时与拉伸、小梁弯曲、压缩试验进行了比较。
Asphalt concrete panel seepage control in recent years widely used in the country, especially the pumped storage power station using the whole basin of asphalt concrete seepage control. The biggest problem of the panel is how to prevent cracking, design and control of the asphalt concrete panel with the indicator of strain. Domestically built domestic Baoquan, Zhanghewan, Hohhot pumped storage power station using foreign methods disc test method is inconsistent, the use of deflection evaluation method has not established strain assessment method. In this paper, the calculation method of the initial crack strain in the disc test is given, and compared with the tensile test, the bending test and the compression test.
