目的观察血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(缬沙坦)降压疗效及其对原发性高血压(EH)左心室肥厚(LVH)的逆转作用。方法 160例EH患者口服缬沙坦80～160mg,1次/d,治疗l2周后监测治疗前、治疗后血压及心率变化,用超声心动图测量LVH患者的左心室肥厚的改善情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗12周后患者收缩压、舒张压及超声心动图各项指标(IVSd、LVPWTd、LVDd、LVMI)均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦有良好降压效果,并能有效逆转左室肥厚。
Objective To observe the antihypertensive effect of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist (valsartan) and its effect on left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in essential hypertension (EH). Methods 160 patients with EH were treated with valsartan 80 ~ 160 mg once daily for 12 weeks. Blood pressure and heart rate were measured before and after treatment for 12 weeks. Echocardiography was used to measure the improvement of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with LVH. Results Compared with those before treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and echocardiographic parameters (IVSd, LVPWTd, LVDd, LVMI) were significantly decreased after 12 weeks of treatment (all P <0.05). Conclusion Valsartan has a good antihypertensive effect, and can effectively reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.
