掌握不同时刻刀具径向尺寸对评估刀具径向磨损量具有极大意义.基于线结构光视觉测量原理,设计了一套可以实现刀具在位测量的系统,可利用系统测得不同时刻的刀具径向尺寸.根据实际测量情况提出了一种基于半径和轴线约束的最小二乘圆柱轴线拟合方法,利用该方法能够实现刀具轴线的快速测量,并利用测得的轴线计算出刀具整体的三维坐标.研究了刀具安装偏心对测量结果造成的影响,并对测量结果进行了修正.实验结果表明,系统能够实现刀具在位测量,测量精度达到0.02 mm,且能很好地获取刀具的形貌特征.
