通过对6名高职院校毕业生的就业行为的深度访谈,运用质性研究的方法聚焦高职毕业生的就业行为。结果显示,在产业结构调整下,高职毕业生能较好地降低就业期望,进行就业选择;在就业中,高职生会进一步从关注自我的职业发展,进行自我探索和职业探索,在其不匹配的情况下,不断地进行职业再选择;在就业的过程中,高职毕业生的压力应对能力较弱,问题突出。
Through in-depth interviews with the employment behaviors of six vocational college graduates, this paper uses the qualitative research method to focus on the employment of higher vocational graduates. The results show that under the adjustment of industrial structure, higher vocational graduates can better reduce their employment expectations and make employment choices. In employment, higher vocational students further explore self-exploration and career exploration in self-centered career development Do not match the case, continue to carry out career re-selection; in the process of employment, the pressure of higher vocational graduates coping ability is weak, the problem is outstanding.
