针对分层燃烧的特点在单粒径模型基础上建立了双粒径链条锅炉层燃模型,并在实际锅炉上进行实验验证,双粒径模型能更好地模拟安装分层煤斗后煤层的燃烧特性。利用改进后的双粒径模型来模拟普通煤斗和分层煤斗的进煤方式对燃烧的影响,结果表明:双粒径模型能很好地模拟出大、小颗粒同时存在时床层的燃烧特性,分层堆叠的方式有利于煤层的引燃并加强燃尽,分层燃烧的灰渣含碳量是9.54%,混合燃烧的灰渣含碳量是15.81%。
