1.睡不好血压易升高。据统计,美国20%的心肌梗死和15%的心源性猝死发生在夜间。一般情况下,人的夜间血压会比白天下降10%~20%,如不降反升,并伴有夜间多梦、心慌、易醒、小便次数,多,起床后头晕、乏力等表现,就需引起警惕了。夜间高血压多由睡眠呼吸暂停导致缺氧诱发。建议:若经常在早晨感到头晕乏力,可做24小、时动态血压监测;总打鼾的人可以换个10-12厘米的矮枕头;侧睡,以减轻颈部对气道的压迫。
