目的:研究复方降糖滴丸对大鼠的长期毒性。方法:采用SD大鼠长期灌胃不同剂量复方降糖滴丸10.41、20.82、41.65 g/kg。给药3个月后处死一半动物,其余停药恢复观察2周后处死;以大鼠的血常规、血生化、脏器指数、主要脏器组织病理学为检测指标,观察复方降糖滴丸大鼠长期毒性。结果:大鼠给药3个月及恢复期间,总体体征与空白组相比无明显差异,并无中毒死亡;血常规和血生化检测结果显示,与空白组相比,除高剂量TG、AST有差异,总体指标无明显变化;组织病理学检查结果显示,与空白组相比,除部分给药组肺和肝脏有病理变化外,其余脏器无明显变化。结论:复方降糖滴丸无明显不良反应,口服安全,安全性良好。
Objective: To study the long-term toxicity of compound hypoglycemic dripping pills in rats.
