据昭通行署经委沈开顺同志报道,云南省绥江县双河水泥厂1993年6月在地区建材技术服务组指导下,成功地完成了煤矸石代替粘土生产425#普通水泥的试验。取得了如下效果: 1.改善了生料易烧性,熟料标号从52 7MPa提高到55.74MPa,可稳定生产425#水泥; 2.平均节煤12 5％,每年节资34.65万元; 3.生料磨台时产量提高,电耗下降;
According to reports by Comrade Shen Kaishun of the Economic Commission of Zhaotong Administrative Office, the Shuanghe Cement Factory of Rongjiang County, Yunnan Province, under the guidance of the Regional Building Materials Technical Service Group in June 1993, successfully completed the test of coal gangue instead of clay to produce 425# ordinary cement.
