对柳钢6号高炉炉役中后期稳产低耗生产实践进行了总结,并认为由于配罐周期长、喷煤系统易堵煤等问题制约了6号高炉生产指标的进一步优化。针对6号高炉炉役中后期出现冷却壁破损、内衬侵蚀的状况,通过采取改善原燃料质量、优化装料制度、控制冷却强度、量化操作参数等措施,6号高炉取得了稳产低耗的生产效果,2016年12月,高炉的主要技术经济指标取得了明显的进步,其中,焦比331kg/t,燃料比519kg/t,利用系数达到2.69。
The practice of producing stable and low production during the middle and later stages of the operation of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was summarized. It is considered that the long production period and the easy interception of coal injection system restrict the further optimization of the production index of No.6 blast furnace. Aiming at the situation of the damaged wall and liner erosion in the mid-late stage of No.6 BF, the measures to improve the quality of raw fuel, optimize the loading system, control the cooling intensity and quantify the operating parameters were adopted.
