本文通过采用对原材料性能、结构研究、有限元分析等方法,分析了广州地铁1号线钢筋混凝土开裂的原因。结果表明,混凝土早期温度收缩是产生开裂的主要原因,针对上述原因,本文提出了采用补偿收缩的高性能混凝土的方法,这种方法已应用于多个工程,抗裂效果良好。
In this paper, the reasons for the cracking of reinforced concrete in Guangzhou Metro Line 1 are analyzed by using the methods of raw material properties, structural studies and finite element analysis. The results show that the early shrinkage of concrete is the main cause of cracking. In view of the above reasons, this paper presents a method of compensating shrinkage of high performance concrete. This method has been applied to many projects with good cracking resistance.
