目的:探讨自信心心理训练对社交焦虑症患者社交焦虑症状以及信任的影响。方法将80例16~30岁社交焦虑症患者随机分为自信心训练治疗组(研究组)和对照组,研究组每周进行2次自信心训练,每次3 h,持续5周,共10次;对照组不采取任何治疗手段。干预前与干预结束3个月后分别对2组进行社交焦虑量表(SASS)和信任量表(TS)评定,了解训练对患者社交焦虑症状以及信任的影响。结果社交焦虑与信任呈明显负相关;2组心理干预前、后SASS比较差异有统计学意义(t=-4.30,P<0.01);TS差异有统计学意义(t=5.90,P<0.01)。结论自信心心理训练可以显著改善社交焦虑症患者的社交焦虑症状,并可有效提高患者的信任程度。“,”Objective To explore the effects of self-confidence training on social anxiety and trust in patients with social anxiety disorder. Methods We randomly assigned 80 patients with social anxiety disorder aged 16 to 30 years to receive self-confidence training twice weekly, with 3 hours in individual cycles for 5 weeks (10 cycles) (study group) and nil self-confidence training (control group). The social anxiety scale (SASS) and trust scale (TS) were as-sessed before and 3 months after treatment. Results The magnitude of social anxiety was negatively correlated with that of trust. The 3-month treatment resulted in significant differences in SASS (t=-4.30, P<0.01) and TS (t=5.90, P<0.01) compared with pre-treatment levels. Conclusion Self-confidence training improves social anxiety and trust in patients with social anxiety disorder.
