本文以寻求有效的投篮教学方法,借助国内,外有关资料对投篮技术各个环节和投射角与入射角的关系等做了一般的阐述。为了便于教学,笔者运用运动力学原理对投篮时球在空中飞行所形成的抛物线做了较细的分析,找出投球入篮时形成抛物线的一般规律。计算出抛物线最高点的出现处。但是篮球技术教学是处于动态,精确的计算难于运用到教学中去,我们把数字换算为百分比并在教学时加上简单的绘图法介绍给学生,使初学者弄清抛物线形成的运动力学原理,在理解技术原理的基础上,以求达到尽量减少投过或投不到篮的情况,更快地提高投篮命中率。实践中我们认为这种方法简单、易行,并且效果明显。
In this paper, to find an effective teaching method of shooting, with the help of domestic and foreign information on all aspects of shooting technology and the relationship between projection angle and angle of incidence made a general description. In order to facilitate teaching, the author uses the principle of sports mechanics to make a detailed analysis on the parabola formed by the ball flying in the air when shooting, and finds out the general law of forming a parabola when pitching into the basket. Calculate the appearance of the highest point of the parabola. However, the basketball technique teaching is in a dynamic state. The accurate calculation is difficult to apply to the teaching. We convert the figures into percentages and introduce simple drawing methods to the students when teaching so that beginners can understand the mechanics of parabola formation. On the basis of understanding the principle of technology, in order to achieve the goal of minimizing or dropping the basket, the shooting percentage of the field is increased faster. In practice, we think this method is simple, easy, and the effect is obvious.
