我当了二十八年班主任。工作实践使我体会到做好家访工作,争取家庭教育与学校教育的密切配合,是对学生进行思想品德教育的重要环节。而要做好这项工作,不但要注意研究儿童心理,还必须注意研究家长的心理,不断提高家访工作的艺术性,这样才能收到事半功倍的效果。我刚当班主任时,只知道家访工作的重要,根本不去研究家访时学生和家长的心理,更不讲究家访的艺术。如:我班上有个学生,父亲去世了,只剩母子两人,生活确有困难。这孩子成绩不太好,学习也不够认真。我出于一片好心去家访,在家长面前急切地摆出了要解决的问题,谁知他母亲听完,气得连连摇头,没说一句话。第二天这个孩
