我们对本厂部分车间运行的电机轴承进行了一次粗略统计,发现其寿命相差极大。另据统计,在相仿条件下运行的同一批轴承寿命,首先破坏和最后破坏的可相差25倍。一般说来,在达到额定寿命之前,约有10%的轴承损坏,但其余中的大部分,其寿命均大大超过额定值。上述情况表明,滚动轴承使用中属于随机故障阶段的延续时间,远远超过制造厂提供的额定寿命。因此,按运行时间或额定寿命定期更换滚动轴承是不合理的。解决的关键是要对轴承状况进行确诊。
We conducted some rough statistics on the motor bearings running in some workshops of our factory and found that their lifetimes vary greatly. According to statistics, the same batch of bearings running under the same conditions of life, the first damage and the final damage can be a difference of 25 times. In general, about 10% of the bearings are damaged before they reach the rated life, but most of the rest have their lifetimes well above their rated values. The above shows that the rolling bearing in use belongs to the random fault phase of the extension of time, far exceeding the rated life of the manufacturer. Therefore, it is unreasonable to change the rolling bearing regularly according to the running time or the rated life. The key to solve is to confirm the bearing condition.
