目的 利用旋光度增量测定 β环糊精 双氯芬酸钠的包合比。 方法 测定摩尔比不同的 β环糊精 双氯芬酸钠系列溶液的旋光度 ,减去相同浓度的纯主体溶液的旋光度 ,绘制旋光度增量 浓度比曲线 ,由曲线拐点所对应的主客体之比确定包合物的摩尔组成比。结果 多种旋光度增量 浓度比曲线在 β环糊精和双氯芬酸钠投料比 1∶1和 2∶1处均显示有 2个拐点 ,提示包合态双氯芬酸钠有 2种组成 ,分别为 1∶1或 2∶1。结论 旋光度增量法不仅可用于 β环糊精 双氯芬酸钠包合物组成比的确定 ,还可用于以 β环糊精为主体的其它包合物的组成比的确定
Objective To determine the inclusion ratio of β-cyclodextrin diclofenac sodium by optical rotation increments. Methods The optical rotation of β-cyclodextrin diclofenac sodium solution with different molar ratios was determined. The optical rotation of pure diclofenac sodium solution of the same concentration was subtracted. The ratio curve of the optical rotation was obtained. Inclusion compound molar composition ratio. Results The results showed that there were two inflection points at the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to diclofenac sodium at 1: 1 and 2: 1, which indicated that there were two kinds of components of inclusion diclofenac sodium, which were 1: 1 or 2: 1. Conclusion The method of increment of optical rotation can not only be used to determine the composition ratio of β-cyclodextrin diclofenac sodium inclusion complex, but also be used to determine the composition ratio of other inclusion compounds with β-cyclodextrin as the main component
