本文小结了用Cr+Mo+N和Cr+Mo+B的离子直接注入GCr15和Cr4Mo4V两种轴承材料后对其耐滚动磨损能力的影响。试验结果表明,无论是用活化法(TLA)还是称重法,注入后的耐磨性能都有1—3倍的提高。
This article summarizes the effects of direct injection of Cr + Mo + N and Cr + Mo + B ions on the rolling wear resistance of GCr15 and Cr4Mo4V bearing materials. The test results show that the abrasion resistance after injection is 1-3 times higher than that by the activation method (TLA) or the weighing method.
