国内外学者研究发现,NK细胞具有细胞毒和免疫调节作用。最近发现NK细胞还具有造血调节作用,且其在血液病发生、发展及治疗上起一定的作用,本文将就这些方面做一综述。一、NK细胞的造血调节作用 (一)对红系的调节近年来,很多学者对NK细胞在造血系统中的作用做了一系列的研究,发现NK细胞具有调节骨髓造血的作用。Kenneth等报道NK细胞抑制骨髓5-6天CFU-E的生长,对血14天BFU-E和骨髓10-12天BFU-E无明显的抑制作用。Hansson等也报道了NK细胞
Researchers at home and abroad have found that NK cells have cytotoxic and immunomodulatory effects. It has recently been found that NK cells also have hematopoietic regulation and play a role in the occurrence, development and treatment of hematological diseases. This article will review these aspects. I. Hematopoietic regulation of NK cells (I) Regulation of erythroids In recent years, many scholars have conducted a series of studies on the role of NK cells in the hematopoietic system and found that NK cells have the effect of regulating hematopoiesis in bone marrow. Kenneth et al. reported that NK cells inhibited the growth of CFU-E in bone marrow for 5-6 days, and had no significant inhibitory effect on BFU-E in 14 days of blood and BFU-E in 10-12 days of bone marrow. Hansson et al. also reported NK cells.
