温食药监[2010]43号第一条为加强终止妊娠药品的管理,规范终止妊娠药品的经营与使用,根据《中华人民共和国药品管理法》、《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》、《医疗机构管理条例》、《计划生育技术服务管理条例》、《关于禁止非医学需要的胎儿性别鉴定和选择性别的人工终止妊娠的规定》,结合温州的实际,特制定本办法。第二条在温州市辖区内经营、使用终止妊娠药品的药品经营企业、医疗机构和计划生育技术服务机构,必须遵守本办法。
