目的了解布鲁氏菌病的流行病学特点及布鲁氏菌的培养特性,提高该病的临床防治和检测水平。方法对本院2011-2013年收治的8例确诊布鲁氏菌病患者的流行病学、临床资料、分离株培养特性进行系统分析。结果 8例布鲁氏菌病患者来自广东省珠三角、粤东和粤西等地区,职业分布多样,均无明显的接触史;患者临床症状及体征各有不同,以乏力、身体单一或多部位疼痛及淋巴系统受累为主,且大多数患者具有长期不规则发热的病史;血培养在48-72 h内阳性。24 h培养后在血平板上可见针状无色透明小菌落,48 h可见湿润、细砂状小菌落,生长缓慢;分离菌株经鉴定均为羊种3型。结论 8例患者无明显地域相关性,呈分散点状分布,临床表现多样,以长期发热为主;分离菌株具有典型的布鲁氏菌培养特征,均为羊种3型,应加强布鲁氏菌的监测。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis and brucella culture characteristics and improve the clinical prevention and detection of the disease. Methods The epidemiology, clinical data and isolation and culture characteristics of 8 cases of brucellosis confirmed in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were systematically analyzed. Results Eight patients with brucellosis were from the Pearl River Delta, eastern Guangdong and western Guangdong, Guangdong Province. There were no obvious exposure history. The patients had different clinical symptoms and signs, with weakness, single or multiple body Part of the pain and lymphatic system involvement, and most patients have a long history of irregular fever; blood culture within 48-72 h positive. 24 h after culture in the blood plate can be seen acicular colorless transparent small colonies, 48 h visible moist, small sand-like colonies, slow growth; isolates were identified as sheep type 3. Conclusion There are no obvious regional correlations in 8 patients, distributed in a dotted pattern, with various clinical manifestations and long-term fever. The isolated strains have the typical Brucella culture characteristics, all of which are of the sheep type 3, should be strengthened Bruce’s Monitoring of bacteria.
