In this paper, mice were used as experimental animals. The effects of hematopoietic tissue transplantation on radiation injury, mechanism of action and late death were summarized. When the body is exposed to moderate-to-lethal or ultra-lethal doses, it is bound to cause acute radiation damage and severe failure of hematopoietic organs. In recent years, many experiments have shown that hematopoietic tissues such as bone marrow or spleen can be improved after whole body irradiation. The hematopoietic condition of the irradiated body significantly improves the survival rate of the animal. The level of efficacy is closely related to factors such as experimental animal germline, cell infusion method and radiation dose.
