根据雾滴捕尘原理和紊流脉动理论,对湿式振动纤维栅除尘净化装置的效果进行了工业试验。试验结果表明,与一般除尘净化装置相比较,该装置具有阻力小、耗水量少、过滤风速高、处理风量大、除尘净化效果好等优点。该项研究为防止矿山井下主溜井、破碎硐室等以及地表产尘量较大的固定尘源污染问题提供了新途径。
According to the principle of dust catching dust and turbulence pulsation theory, the industrial experiment was carried out on the effect of wet vibrating fiber grid dedusting and purifying device. The test results show that the device has the advantages of less resistance, less water consumption, higher filtering speed, larger air volume and better decontamination effect than the general dedusting and purifying device. The study provides a new way to prevent the problems of the main track, the broken chamber, etc. in the mine shaft and the fixed dust source pollution with large amount of dust on the surface.
