土壤酸性反应对固氮菌活性的影响 土壤酸度,特别当pH低于6(盐浸)时,对固氮菌发育具有重要意义。pH6虽然不是固氮菌生命活动的极限,但却是它固定空气中氮素活性的极限。因此,根据一系列作者的意见,在农业上施用固氮菌,可以认为,仅在pH高于6,即近中性或在酸性土上施用石灰时,才具有生产价值。这些结论的根据都是来自于试验室内环境下对固氮菌生长的观察,或来自于不同酸度土壤中固氮菌存在情况下的观察。
