温州市公安局交警支队探索实践了一条具有温州特色的道路交通管理“五化”发展之路,全面提升了道路交通管理工作水平和交警队伍形象。进一步推进道路交通“五化”管理,一要坚持“以人为本,宽严相济”人性化管理的理念;二要交通管理科技基础设施建设与应用并重,力求在智能化管理上实现新的突破;三要健全与交通管理发展形势相适应的常态化路面勤务机制;四要在社会化管理上取得新的突破,同时依法确立交警在交通社会化管理中的监管地位;五要打造一支高素质的交警队伍,实现高水平的现代化交通管理。
