目前在各勘探隊中,由於內燃機連桿螺釘的折斷而引起的活塞、汽缸、汽缸蓋、連桿、甩瓦、曲軸、曲軸室、機座以及整個機器的損坏事故是比較多的。分析其原因主要是使用了不合材質的鋼料;在加工時不按图紙上的技術要求製作;不重视連桿螺釘的裝配質量等方面造成的。因此筆者就綜合已有的資料,談談這方面的情况,對克服這類事故的發生會有一些補益。连桿螟釘的製作 連桿螺釘在內燃機工作中所承受的力,有因往復質量惰性力所產生的拉力;活塞涨圈與汽缸之間所產生的摩擦力;吸氣衝程時汽缸內氣體所產生的吸力;徑向離心力;螺釘的預漲力;因軸承間隙所產生的撞擊應力等。故在製作上和按装上對它的要求比較嚴
