高效薄层分析技术(HPTLC)是近十年来迅速发展起来的一种微量分析方法。它具有点样量少,分辨率高,检出限量低等优点,非常适用于微量成分检出与定量。我所七室研究成功并生产了用高效粘合剂的硅胶薄层预制板(简称预制板),这为开展HPTLC应用于药物在动物体内外的生物转化的研究提供了条件。我们采用了该种预制板建立了大鼠血中戊炔雌醇(CEE_3)及其代谢产物的薄层扫描测定法,以期深入研究药物的代谢规律,为临床用药提供资料。
High-performance thin layer analysis (HPTLC) is a rapid development of a trace analysis method in recent ten years. It has a small amount of sample, high resolution, low detection limit, etc., is very suitable for trace components detection and quantification. Our laboratory has successfully researched and produced the thin layer prefabricated silica gel sheet (referred to as the prefabricated board) with high efficiency adhesive, which provides the conditions for the application of HPTLC in the study of biotransformation in and out of animals. We used this kind of prefabricated plate to establish the TLC scanning method of rat ethinylestradiol (CEE_3) and its metabolites, in order to study the metabolism regularity of the drug in detail and provide information for clinical use.
